Renters must be at least 21 years old (25 for certain vehicle categories).
A valid driver’s license and a major credit/debit card are required at the time of booking and pickup.
International renters must present a valid passport and an international driving permit (if applicable).
Full payment or a security deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Prices include basic insurance but exclude fuel, tolls, fines, and optional extras.
Modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Vehicles must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition they were rented.
Smoking, illegal activities, and unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited.
Mileage limits may apply depending on your rental plan. Excess mileage will incur additional fees.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup.
Refueling fees may apply if the car is returned with less fuel.
A grace period of 60 minutes is allowed for returns. After that, additional charges may apply.
To extend your rental, please contact us in advance to avoid penalties.
All rentals include basic coverage. Additional insurance options are available for extra peace of mind.
Renters are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance during the rental period.
In case of a breakdown or accident, contact our 24/7 support line immediately.
Accidents must be reported along with a police report, regardless of fault.
We reserve the right to terminate rentals early due to policy violations, safety concerns, or misuse of the vehicle.
